Making briquettes is a skilled process, it needs the right equipment and operator knowledge. To produce quality durable briquettes, the material must have a certain moisture content, and the necessary binding qualities. Lignin is the natural binder contained within all biomass.
General Description For Whole Line
The whole line includes mainly many machines, not all of the machine is necessary. You can choose from the machines.
Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush the logs into sawdust.
Step2: Screw conveyor --It is used to transfer the powder to the dryer machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 3: Dryer--If the moisture of the powder is more than 12%. Then you can use this machine.During drying, the moisture of the material should be less than 50%. You also can choose to dry the sawdust naturally.
Step 4: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the powder to the briquette machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 5 Briquette machine--It is used to make the powder into briquettes. The moisture of the powder should be from 8-12% for good working.
Step 6: Packing machine--It is used to pack the briquettes in bags.
